Shipping Information
Canadian customers can expect their orders to ship from Toronto so there will not be hassle with customs.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. If we are unable to ship within that time period you will be contacted. All orders are sent First Class or Priority Mail and can be expected to arrive within 2-5 days of purchase. If a faster shipping option is desired please contact us.

Please note--Customers OUTSIDE North America will not be able to order online. Again, please email us your order and we will quickly provide a quote along with shipping costs.

Return Policy
If you are not sure what rolls and tapes you are ordering please email questions or look at our descriptions and pictures before purchasing. You are probably already buying the same tape elsewhere as our tapes are common to the Industry. The clear tape is from 3M Canada and is surgical quality. Beware of other companies selling "Clear" tape as it may not be a 3M product unless specified. All tapes leaving our factory are inspected for quality.
Tape Products
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our tape products, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt as follows:
- All Merchandise must be unused, returned in its original condition.
- Merchandise returned due to incorrect item ordered, excess quantity ordered or item no longer required will be charged 15% restocking fee. Freight expense is the customer's responsibility.
- Defective Merchandise or Merchandise received in error will not be charged restocking fee or freight.
- Special order items are ordered/manufactured for you and all sales will be final.
Skin-care Products
Our high quality skin care products (including shampoo and conditioner) are offered at substantially below retail prices which allow our customers to try new and unique products. You're Lookin Good does not accept returns or exchanges on any of these items.
